the kind that make the Wizened pale, at the
Hubris of those in the know.
There is a Clan of Predators
who farm their Prey with Senators and they
catch them by stooping real low.
The Bait they lay is easy made,
addictive to all those who've prayed
or Dreamt of a Privileged Life.

So Dreams of Gold are spun and sold
and people slave till they get Old, all their
Lives spent in Debt and in Strife
Well Kingdoms come and Fortunes Spent
and Kings all claim they've Gods consent
to live off their Subjects below.
Their subjects learned their place, but when
they learned to Read asked how and when,
this all came to be just so?

Houndogs and Henchmen with statesman like features
Distract us with Bright Lights and Showbuisness Creatures,
who service Illusions of Fortune and Fame,
and stifle our Brains till compliantly Tame.

The Literate who gained a clue
and argued for a fairer view,
are Bought or Toxified until Lame
Yet when Science said that God was dead
the Herd put faith in Wealth instead and now
Worship at churches of fame.
As congregations grow and pray
the Greater Good is quietly slayed,
Considered a weakness of mind
The Guiles by which the clan retain
their Kingdoms, Wealth, their States maintained
Relies on the Subservient kind.

and flooded the airwaves with Pomp for the masses
They're reason for status, their science dismissed
evolved like the Dinosaurs, no longer exists.

Years and Nature wear away
